DJCE is an ID desk: a branch on the exchange tree that opens your login, matches every deposit by reference, pays withdrawals to the account that funded you, and writes down the reason for every rule it follows. Read how it works below, then open the chat when you are ready.

Each platform below passed the desk's vetting described further down this page. One line on what it does well; the full page is behind the button.

Desk-vetted MazaPlay loginThe order matters: the username exists before any money moves, and the same chat handles everything afterwards.
Say which exchange, agree a username, and ask for a demo balance if you want to look around first. Nothing is paid at this point.
Pay the UPI handle posted for that deposit from an account in your name and send the screenshot with the transaction reference readable. We match it on the master ledger.
Log in, change the password, place a small bet, and take a small payout in the first week so the route is proven while nothing is at stake.
Every exchange is a tree. At the top is the exchange's own admin. Under it sit master accounts, under those agents, and under the agents the player logins. Your online betting ID is a leaf on that tree, and DJCE is the branch it hangs from. Understanding the tree answers most of the questions people bring to us, so it is the first thing on this page.
The exchange pays the branch a share of the commission it takes on settled bets. That is the whole business. A desk that charges you to open a login is either not a real branch or is charging twice. We open the login at no cost and the only money you ever send is a deposit that becomes your balance.
Because your login sits under our master, the exchange shows us the same bets, settlements, deposits and withdrawals you see. This is what makes a dispute solvable in minutes rather than days, and it is why we can tell you exactly why a payout is held instead of guessing.
A login belongs to the branch that opened it. Another desk's player cannot be grafted onto ours; we open a new login and you move the balance yourself by withdrawing there and depositing here. Anyone claiming to "transfer" an ID between desks is describing something the exchange does not allow.
Your money is never in a desk's pocket in the sense people fear. Deposits are credited as exchange balance against our master; the exchange records it; we cannot quietly reduce it. The real risks are different and smaller: a fake desk that was never on the tree at all, a copied login page, or someone else holding your phone. Each is covered further down.
New players sometimes feel interrogated by a desk. Here is every question DJCE asks during an ID request, with the reason behind it, so none of them feels arbitrary.
| We ask | Because |
|---|---|
| Which exchange do you want? | The login is created on one platform. If you do not know, we ask how you play and suggest one or two from the table below. |
| What username would you like? | It cannot be changed afterwards without opening a new login, so we want you to choose it rather than inherit a random string. |
| Is this the number you will keep? | The login is bound to whichever number started the conversation, and only that number can request a reset or a payout change. |
| Is the UPI account in your own name? | Withdrawals are paid back to whichever account made the deposit. A friend's account would mean a payout we cannot complete. |
| Are you over 18? | We do not open logins for minors, and we close any that turn out to be. We ask plainly and we expect a plain answer. |
| Do you want a demo first? | Players who spend one evening on play balance make fewer costly first-week mistakes, and we would rather have you for seasons than for a week. |
| Do you want a deposit limit? | Some players know they bet fast. Setting a ceiling before the first deposit is far easier than setting one after a bad night. |
What we never ask: an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card number, a document, an email address, or a screen share. If a chat using our name asks for any of those, it is not DJCE. The anti-fraud policy explains how to report it.
We open IDs on every exchange in the comparison table further down. Rather than rank them with invented scores, here is the sequence of questions we run through in chat. Follow it and you arrive at the same answer we would give.
Each platform has its own page here, for example Laser247, Lotus365, Reddybook, 11xplay, Cricbet99 and Sky Exchange, with the route to a login and the things that platform does well.
Most guides list the markets. Few explain where the number in the cell comes from. Knowing that is what separates a player who reads a price from one who merely sees it.
Two outcomes, no form to study, and the exchange prices it close to even on both sides. Movement before the toss is pure money flow: a crowd backing one captain pushes that side shorter. There is nothing to analyse here, which is why the toss is a poor place to learn and a fine place to practise the slip with a tiny stake.
The price is the crowd's view of each side's chance, adjusted every ball by what the other users are willing to back and lay. Before the toss it reflects form, venue and squads. After the toss it moves on the decision to bat or bowl. During play it moves on wickets, run rate against par, and weather. The gap between the best back and best lay price is the market's uncertainty: narrow on a Test between strong sides, wide on an associate T20.
The same question, but priced by the exchange's own trading desk rather than by users, which is why it sometimes shows a price when the user market is thin. The bookmaker's margin is wider than the user market's spread. It is there for liquidity, not value.
The line is the exchange's estimate of runs in the block, moved by every ball and by the money arriving on yes and no. After a boundary the line jumps; after a dot ball or a wicket it drops. The two numbers on screen are not odds; they are a runs target with a small gap that is the exchange's margin. Most session bets settle at level money.
Batter runs, fall of the next wicket, boundaries in an over. These are priced by the exchange's traders on a model of the batter and the match situation, then nudged by user money. They are thinner than session lines and move in bigger steps, which is why the acceptance delay feels longer on them.
Top batter, top bowler, player of the match. Priced on form and batting position; the opener who faces the most balls is favoured for top batter regardless of talent. Once the squads are confirmed the prices firm up, and once the innings starts they move with every over.
Series or tournament winner, priced on the field of teams and refined as results arrive. Money sits locked for weeks, which many players forget when a withdrawal shows less available than expected.
The IPL betting ID page shows how these markets deepen during a franchise season, and the guides section has worked examples with screenshots.
A price that moves is a message. Here are the five messages players mistake most often, and how to read each one on the panel.
A slow drift before the match. Money arriving on one side over hours, usually following team news or a pitch report. Not a signal of anything hidden; it is the public catching up with public information.
A sharp jump with no wicket. Usually a large bet matched at a worse price than the screen showed, or a market briefly thin on one side. It settles back within a few balls. Chasing it is how players buy the top of a spike.
A suspension followed by a very different price. Wicket, review, injury break or a rain warning. The market reopens at the traders' revised view. Wait for the first few matched bets after reopening before placing your own; the first price after a suspension is the least reliable.
A session line that moves against the run of play. The crowd is anticipating: a weak bowler about to bowl, a set batter about to retire, a powerplay ending. The scoreboard shows the past; the line shows what users expect next.
A price that will not move at all. A thin market, usually a minor domestic fixture, with little money on either side. Your bet may stay unmatched for a while. Nothing is broken; the exchange is telling you that nobody has disagreed with you yet.
None of this is advice on what to back. It is the vocabulary for reading the screen so that the only surprises you get are from the cricket.
The login is the same whatever the format. The markets, the pace of the prices and the mistakes are not. This is the briefing we give players who are moving from one format to another.
Five days, a draw as a live third outcome, and session lines that run across whole sessions rather than six-over blocks. Match odds move slowly and reward patience; a side that collapses on day two can still draw on day five. The common mistake is treating a Test like a long one-dayer and betting the match odds after every session as if the result were imminent. The online betting ID page covers how the draw price behaves.
Fifty overs a side, with the match odds swinging hardest in the final ten overs of a chase. Session lines come in ten-over blocks. The common mistake is backing the chasing side at a short price with ten overs left and a set batter in, forgetting how fast a required rate climbs after one wicket.
Shorter fancy lists than franchise cricket and a powerplay line that settles within minutes. Form between international T20 sides is less predictable than franchise form, because squads change by series. The common mistake is bringing IPL instincts to an international side with three debutants.
The deepest fancy lists, the fastest session moves, and the most money in the markets. Player markets are strong because squads are stable within a season. The common mistake is overtrading: a dozen fancy lines per match is a dozen chances to misread one. Pick two or three.
Thin markets, calm prices, part-matched bets. The common mistake is expecting instant matching; the useful habit is placing a bet at your own price and letting it wait. There is no better place to learn laying.
Growing markets, especially in the Women's Premier League, and pricing that lags the men's game because fewer users study the form. The common mistake is assuming the pricing is as sharp as the IPL. It is not, in both directions.
Policies are usually a list of rules without reasons. Here each rule is followed by why it exists, because a rule you understand is a rule you will not resent.
| Rule | Reason |
|---|---|
| Pay only the UPI handle posted for that specific deposit | Handles rotate. A handle from an old chat may belong to a closed route, and tracing a payment there is slow. |
| The screenshot must show the transaction reference | The reference is the only thing that uniquely matches your payment on a ledger with hundreds of lines a day. |
| Deposits come from an account in your own name | Payouts go back to the funding account. A friend's deposit would mean a friend's payout, which neither of you wants. |
| A pending payment cannot be credited | The bank has not released it. Crediting it early would mean the desk lending you money against a transfer that may fail. |
| Withdrawals are checked for unsettled bets first | A balance with a live lay bet on it is not all yours yet; the liability may still be taken. |
| Payouts go to the registered UPI account only | Should your handset end up with someone else, this is the rule that stops them cashing out your balance. |
| Changing the payout account needs confirmation from the registered number | Same reason. A stolen phone cannot confirm from a number its thief does not control. |
| Bonus credit carries a staking condition | Without it the bonus is simply free money for withdrawing, and the exchange would stop offering it. |
| No activation, verification or release fee, ever | We are paid by the exchange. A fee would be a second charge, and demanding one is how impostor desks operate. |
| Every hold comes with a written reason | A hold without a reason is indistinguishable from theft, and we would rather be distinguishable. |
Nothing on this list is unusual among genuine desks. What is unusual is writing the reasons down, and we do it because every rule here has been questioned in chat at least once.
A platform does not get into our comparison table because it has a marketing budget. It gets in after a process that takes weeks and sometimes ends in a no. Here is the process, because players deserve to know what "we work with this exchange" actually means.
Before we open anyone else's login we run one ourselves for a full tournament. We deposit, bet across every market type, cash out mid-match, request withdrawals at awkward hours and read the statement every morning. If the ledger and the panel ever disagree, the platform waits another season.
We take thirty settled session and fancy bets from that period and check each against the official scorecard and the platform's published rule. One unexplained settlement is a conversation with the platform; two is a no.
The useful test is a franchise final. If the panel suspends for minutes at a time, drops bets as unmatched after showing them matched, or logs users out during the chase, it is not ready, however good the casino lobby looks on a Tuesday.
Withdrawals from the master to our own accounts, in small and large sizes, at the start and end of a month. A platform that pays small sums promptly and large sums slowly is telling us something, and we listen.
If the platform runs on software we already list under another brand, it has to offer something the existing brand does not: a different payout route, a different casino provider, a different market depth. Otherwise it is a logo, and we do not list logos.
Platforms are also removed. If settlement drifts, payouts slow, or the panel changes in ways that hurt players, the brand page comes down and open logins are moved to another family at no cost to the player. The table below is what has passed, this season.
Players notice the chat getting busier once a franchise season or a World Cup begins. Behind it the desk changes how it works, and knowing the changes helps you get faster service.
The desk runs longer hours with handovers between people. You may be answered by a different person at ten at night than at four in the afternoon. The ledger is shared, so nothing is lost in the handover, but repeat the username if you are continuing a thread from hours earlier.
Screenshots are matched in the order received. The queue is longest in the thirty minutes leading up to an evening fixture and is close to empty through the afternoon. We say this in every pre-tournament message and the players who act on it never notice the queue.
Payment routes change more often in tournament weeks. A handle posted on Monday may be closed by Thursday. Always use the one in the current conversation, never one from history.
Payout requests sent after an evening fixture are reconciled with the settled ledger and go out together the next morning. A request made at midnight is not ignored; it is in the morning batch with everyone else's.
A settlement question during a live match is answered after the scorecard is final, because the figure we need does not exist until then. Send the screenshot when you notice the issue; the answer arrives with the final card.
Tournament weeks are when players most often ask to lift a deposit ceiling "just for tonight". The cooling period applies exactly as it does in May. That is the whole point of having set it in April.
The IPL betting ID page carries the pre-season note we send players, and the guides have a short piece on preparing a login for a final.
People ask what signing up with a desk exposes. Less than most apps on your phone, and here is the exact list.
On the exchange, under the master account. We read it through the panel; we do not export it, sell it or share it. If you close the login, the exchange keeps its ledger for its own records and the chat is all that remains on our side.
A desk that asks for more than the four items in the first list is asking for things it has no use for, and that is worth noticing before you answer.
Nobody loses an exchange login to a hacker in a hoodie. They lose it to one of four ordinary situations. Each has a defence that costs nothing.
Your number is the key to the ID. Someone who gets your SIM reissued, or picks up your unlocked phone, can message the desk as you. Defence: tell us a second number in advance that we can use to verify unusual requests, keep a screen lock, and message us from any number the moment a phone goes missing so the login can be frozen.
A page that copies the exchange panel pixel for pixel, on an address one letter different, reached through a search listing or a link someone passed on. You type your username and password; they now have both. Defence: open the panel only from the link in your chat with us, save it to the home screen, and never log in from a link someone sent you, however official it looks.
An Android package shared in a group chat that looks identical to the real build but reports every keystroke. Defence: install only the file we send, allow the install from Chrome for that file alone, and treat any "updated app" forwarded by a stranger as what it is.
Players post bet slips and statements in groups to show a win. The screenshot carries the username, the balance and sometimes the panel address. Defence: crop before sharing, or share the market screen rather than the account screen.
The anti-fraud policy lists the fake-desk scripts we see, and the cricket betting app page shows what a genuine install looks like step by step.
Most "why choose us" sections are adjectives. This one is a list of commitments you can hold us to in the chat.
Keep this list. If any line is broken in your chat, quote it back to us. Why no number appears on this site, and why every conversation starts from a button, is covered on the cricket ID WhatsApp number page.
The dozens of exchange names in the table below run on only a handful of underlying systems. Two platforms on the same system show the same markets, the same settlement rules and the same panel layout under different branding. Knowing the family saves you from "switching" to a platform that is the one you already have in a new colour.
Price comparison only works across families. Two platforms in the same family will show the same session line within a second of each other, so a second login there adds nothing but admin. Pick your second login from a different family and the comparison is real. Ask us in chat which family a platform belongs to; we would rather tell you than open a login you do not need.
Same software does not mean same desk, same bonus or same support. The branch you join matters more than the brand name, which is why this page spends more words on how DJCE works than on which logo is on the panel.
This is a composite of a typical first month, told through the statement rather than through opinions. No figures, because every player's are different; what matters is the shape.
Week one. One deposit, one matched reference, a line of small back bets on match odds, most of them settled within a day. A single lay bet with a liability that surprised the player, who messaged us about it. A small withdrawal at the end of the week, paid to the funding account, with the transfer reference in the chat. The player now trusts the desk, not because of this page but because the ledger did what it said.
Week two. The first session bets. Two yes bets, one no bet, one void line after rain, shown as a debit and a matching credit. A second deposit, slightly larger. The first unmatched bet on a domestic game, cancelled from the open bets panel. A question about why the available balance was lower than the total: an outright bet locking money for a fortnight.
Week three. A tournament started. More bets per match, two stake-size mistakes corrected by hedging, a bonus accepted after asking about its condition, and the first time the player read the rules popup, after a session line settled on a figure that included extras. A deposit limit requested on a Sunday night and set the same minute.
Week four. Fewer bets, larger withdrawals, a second login opened on a platform from a different family to compare prices on a final. The statement shows a pattern we see in most players who last: deposits that stay constant, stakes that fall slightly, withdrawals that become routine.
Nothing in that month needed a tip, a bonus or a trick. It needed a ledger the player could read and a desk that answered when a line did not make sense. The guides explain how to read each statement line.
Already have a DJCE login and arrived here looking for the panel? Three answers.
Where. On the exchange panel, at the address in your chat with us. This site has no login box and never will. A page bearing our name that wants your exchange password is an imitation.
App. An Android package of the panel comes from the desk; on an iPhone the panel is saved to the home screen through Safari. Neither store lists these apps for India. A package from anywhere else is a risk you do not need.
Reset. Message us from the registered number. The exchange issues a fresh first-time password through us; change it at login. We decline resets from unfamiliar numbers, and so would you if you knew who else was asking.
The cricket betting app page covers the install warnings, and the online betting ID page walks through the account area once you are in.
We raise limits in the first chat, not after a bad week, because the first chat is when a player is calm. Here is the conversation as it usually goes and what each option does.
"I only play on match days." Then a weekly deposit ceiling fits. You name a figure, nothing beyond it gets loaded in any seven-day stretch, and lifting it later involves a cooling period we never shorten.
"I know I chase when I lose." Then the pause is your tool. One message freezes the login for as long as you specify; bets already placed settle, nothing further is accepted, and no later message, however worded, lifts it early.
"I want to see what I am actually spending." Then the weekly summary: deposits, payouts and net in one message every week. Players who ask for it once rarely cancel it.
"I need to stop." Then self-exclusion: the login is shut, we neither reopen it nor create another for your number until the time you set has passed, and we put that in writing so there is nothing to negotiate later.
All of this is free, all of it is enforced by the desk rather than by your willpower, and none of it is held against you. If betting has stopped being a pastime, say the word in chat and we will act on it the same hour.
We are asked daily whether an online betting ID is legal. The truthful answer is not a yes or a no. India regulates betting at state level, several states have changed their rules in recent years, and whether a given game counts as skill or chance is still argued in the courts. Every platform in the table is operated from outside the country and reaches Indian players through branches such as DJCE.
What follows from that is simple and we repeat it in every chat: the rules of your own state are yours to know, you must be an adult, and a desk is not a legal adviser. What we can promise is the operational side: the platforms have run for years, settlement follows the published scorecard, and the risks you can actually control are the four in the security section above.
Branch. The desk under which your login sits; DJCE is yours. Master. The account at the top of the branch that sees every player ledger beneath it. Reference. The transaction number on a UPI payment, the only thing that matches a deposit. Liability. What a lay bet can cost you, shown on the slip before you confirm. Unmatched. A bet still waiting for an opposing bet; withdraw it whenever you like. Line. The runs target on a session market, moved by every ball. Family. A group of exchange brands running on the same software. Hold. A payout paused for a published reason you are told in writing. Cooling period. The wait before a deposit ceiling can be raised. Exposure. The total committed across all your open bets, shown next to the balance.
Anything missing from this list is worth asking in chat; explaining a term beforehand beats disputing a bet afterwards.
What each one is known for and who tends to pick it. Every name links to its own page with the signup path through our chat.

Not predictions. Habits, taken from the ledgers of people who have held an ID with us for more than a season.
Decide the week's balance in the afternoon and load it once. The figure made at four in the afternoon is always better than the one made at eleven at night after a wicket.
The first matched price after a market reopens is the least reliable number on the screen. Wait a few balls.
Two platforms on the same software show the same line. A second login only earns its keep on a different family.
A mistaken bet is cancelled out by taking the other side at whatever the price is now. Waiting for the price to come back is how small mistakes become large ones.
Every settlement argument we have ever had was settled by a sentence in the popup the player had skipped at login.
A payout taken on a good week keeps the balance at the figure you chose and proves the route works while nothing is at stake.
Fifty-plus answers in the words the chat uses. Ask the rest in the chat.
We are a branch on several exchange trees: a desk that opens player logins under its master account, matches deposits by reference, pays withdrawals to the funding account and answers every question in between. The exchange pays us from commission; you pay nothing to open a login.
They are the same login. One name stresses the sport, the other the account. Both open every market the exchange lists, sport and casino alike, on one balance.
Run the decision tree on this page: session bettors to Laser247, Cricbet99 or Skyexchange; casino-first players to Lotus365, Gold365 or a Mahadev-style book; first-timers to Reddybook, 11xplay or 99exch. Or describe how you play and we choose with you.
Which exchange, which username, whether this is your permanent number, whether your UPI account is in your own name, whether you are over 18, and whether you want a demo balance or a deposit limit. Nothing else, and never an OTP.
No. The login is tied to your phone number. The only check that ever matters is at payout time, when the UPI account name must match the name on the ID.
Yes. Ask for a demo balance on the login we create. You see live markets, place play bets and read the statement with nothing at risk. The same login becomes live once you deposit.
Pay the UPI handle posted in that conversation from an account carrying your name, then send a capture of the receipt with its transaction reference legible. We locate that reference on the master ledger and the exchange balance rises.
Payment routes rotate for operational reasons on the exchange side. A handle from last month may be closed. Always use the one posted for the current deposit.
No. A pending transfer can still fail, and crediting it early would mean lending you money against it. Once the bank marks it complete, send the screenshot and it is matched.
Ask us, or file the request through the withdrawal page built into the exchange. After checking that no bet is still running on the balance, we send the money back to the UPI account your first deposit came from and post the transfer reference.
One of the published reasons: a bet still live on a market currently suspended, a bonus condition still open, checks on the side of the bank receiving the money, or a payout account under a name different from the ID. We say which one applies, in writing, without exception.
Yes. Ask from the registered number and attach a capture of the new UPI app where the account name is visible and identical to the name on the ID. The change is confirmed in writing before any payout uses it.
Never. We are paid by the exchange. Any request for a fee to activate a login or release a payout is coming from a fake desk, whatever name it uses.
At the exchange panel address posted in your chat with us. DJCE runs no login form of its own, so any page carrying our name that wants your exchange password is an imitation; close it.
Exchanges hand out an Android build of the panel via branches like ours; on an iPhone, Safari's share menu puts the panel on your home screen instead. Install nothing except the file posted in your own chat.
Message us from the registered number. A new first-time password comes from the exchange through us; change it at login. Resets from unknown numbers are refused for your protection.
Write to us at once from any phone so the login can be frozen. When it is secure, a short identity check lets us attach the ID to the number you use next.
Backing is betting that an outcome happens; laying is taking the opposite side from a backer. The blue column is for backing, the pink column for laying, and the slip prints either the profit or the liability before the confirm button does anything.
It is the exchange's estimate of runs in a block of overs, moved by every ball and by the money arriving on yes and no. The gap between the two numbers is the margin, not odds.
Session totals count extras like wides and no-balls, and the block finishes when its final over finishes. Television tickers present these differently. The exact rule sits in the popup shown at login.
They remain on the exchange and are settled from the official result once service resumes. If the platform decides to void a market because of the interruption, your stake is refunded. Any bet can be confirmed from the master ledger.
Yes, through the same chat. Pick the second from a different software family, otherwise it shows the same prices as the first and adds nothing.
Several brands in our table run on the same underlying system with different branding. Ask us in chat which family a platform belongs to before opening a second login.
Always. A staking condition applies to the bonus portion before it can be withdrawn, and some offers count only sport or only casino. We quote the figure and the condition in chat before you accept.
Yes: a weekly ceiling on deposits, a freeze for whatever length you name, self-exclusion, or a brief weekly note showing deposits, payouts and the net result. Each is one message away and is enforced by the desk rather than by willpower.
Rules are made state by state and have shifted in recent years. We run a desk and give no legal advice. Which rules apply in your state is for you to find out, and no login here is opened for anyone under 18.
No desk can. A login belongs to the branch that created it. We create a fresh one; you withdraw from the old desk and deposit here, and you keep the old login alive until the fresh one has taken a deposit and paid a withdrawal.
No. A desk that sells certainty is selling something it does not have. We explain how prices form so you can read them yourself.
Yes. Hindi, English or a mix are all fine, and we answer in whatever you used. The Hindi section further up covers the basics.
Withdraw what is left, then send the closure request from the registered number, and a written confirmation follows. Under self-exclusion the login stays shut and we will not create a replacement for your number until the period you named has passed.
Because that is what a desk is on an exchange: a master account under the operator, with player logins beneath it. The word explains why we can see your ledger, why the login is free, and why another desk's login cannot be moved to us.
A full tournament on a login of our own, an audit of thirty settled bets against the scorecard, a stress test on a franchise final, payout tests in several sizes, and a check that the platform is not just another brand on software we already list. Platforms that slip on any of these are removed.
Yes. Longer hours in shifts, deposit queues that peak before evening matches, faster rotation of payment handles, overnight payout batches, and settlement answers that wait for the final scorecard. Depositing in the afternoon avoids most of it.
The wait between asking to raise a deposit ceiling and the raise taking effect. It exists so that a limit set calmly cannot be undone in a heated moment, and we do not shorten it during tournaments.
Yes. The exchange lists football, tennis, kabaddi, racing and more in the same back and lay layout, all drawing on the one balance. Nothing extra is opened for other sports.
Liquidity. It is the result market priced by the exchange's own traders rather than by users, so it shows a price even when the user market is thin. Its margin is wider, so it is a convenience rather than a value market.
Nobody had yet taken the other side at your price, which happens on minor fixtures and at unusual prices. The bet sits in the open bets list, where it either matches later or you remove it. On major matches almost everything matches at once.
Nothing. A pending bet is either matched before the suspension or cancelled by the exchange when the market reopens at a new price. Check the open bets panel before re-submitting, because duplicates are the usual outcome of impatience here.
One line per event: each deposit with its reference, each bet with its stake or liability, each settlement with the return, each payout with the transfer reference, and bonus credits as separate lines. A void bet shows as a debit followed by an equal credit.
It happens, and copycats exploit it. The current address is posted in your chat, and the login page on it still accepts your existing username and password. Never take a new address from a forwarded message.
Your username, the phone number the login is tied to, the UPI account name used for deposits, and the chat history. No documents, no email, no card details, because we never collect them. The exchange keeps the betting ledger; we read it, we do not copy it.
No. One person, one login per platform, which is also the exchange's rule. A second platform is fine; a second login on the same platform gets both closed.
Ask in chat, or compare two panels side by side: identical slip layout, identical rules wording and identical statement columns mean the same system under two brands.
A few seconds between confirming a bet and the exchange matching it, during which a wicket or a boundary voids the attempt. It protects the market from bets placed after the ball; so wait it out rather than tapping again.
The desk is built around UPI and Indian cricket hours. If you are elsewhere, ask first; a working payment route is the deciding factor, and we would rather say no than open a login you cannot fund.
Because every rule on this site has been questioned in chat at least once, and a rule you understand is one you stop resenting. It also makes a fake desk easier to spot: they copy the rules but never the reasons.
Because it reflects the first few bets matched after a suspension rather than a settled view. Traders and users adjust over the next few deliveries. Let that happen before placing your own bet.
Yes. A tournament winner bet commits the stake until the final is settled, which can be weeks. The available balance shows what is left for new bets; the statement shows where the rest is.
Yes, it is one username on the exchange. Logging in on a second device during a match may trigger an alert or a logout on the first, which is a protection against sharing, not a fault.
The exchange has no player-facing support in India; it deals with masters. Every support message a player sends goes to a desk. If a chat claims to be the exchange itself, it is not.
No, and it never will. Apps are the exchanges' builds of their panels, shared through desks. Anything calling itself a DJCE app is not from us.
As soon as the markets you bet on have settled and nothing else on the balance is still live. Settlement follows the official scorecard, so a few minutes after the result on a normal evening.
Because that is what we open: a username and password on that platform. Calling it an ID is habit; calling it a login is accurate, and it reminds you that the thing belongs on the exchange, not on this site.
One. Add a second only when you find yourself checking prices elsewhere during matches, and pick it from a different software family so the comparison is real.
Yes, through the master view, which is how a dispute is checked in minutes. The desk cannot place, change or cancel a bet on your login; it can only read.
Send both screenshots. Both references are matched and both amounts credited; there is no penalty. If you want one of them back, a withdrawal request from the registered number returns it to the funding account.
No. A matched deposit is credited to your login on the exchange immediately. The desk is a channel, not a vault, and the ledger on the platform is the record.
A share of the commission the platform takes on settled bets, paid by the platform. Nothing comes from the player. That is why there is no fee to open a login and why a desk asking for one is not on the tree.
Each platform sets one and it changes with offers, so the desk states it in the chat rather than printing a number here. Start with an amount you could lose while learning the slip.
Yes. A demo login under our master is separate from any login you hold with another desk, and it is a quick way to compare the same platform through two branches before moving.
Name the platform in the chat. The username exists before any money moves, and the same conversation handles every deposit and payout afterwards.
